This sprinkler truck adopts a FOTON ANMAN 6x4 chassis and is equipped with a 350 horsepower engine. It can choose engines with different emission standards to meet the needs of different regions.
The material of the tank body is carbon steel, with an effective volume of 10 cubic meters. It is sprayed with three layers of paint and has strong rust prevention ability. The vehicle has a spraying function in both the front and rear, and is equipped with a water cannon at the rear. The usage method of a sprinkler truck mainly includes the following steps:
Preparation: Understand the water intake location and water source situation, and choose a solid and flat place to safely park the sprinkler truck. Check the entire vehicle for any oil, gas, or water leaks, and eliminate them if necessary. Check for any breakage, air leakage, or blockage in the suction hose, and replace it if necessary.
Water collection operation: Move the sprinkler truck as close as possible to the water collection point to ensure safety before parking. Connect the four position three-way ball valve inlet and place the other end of the suction pipe in water, ensuring that the inlet is below 300mm from the liquid level. Open the handle of the ball valve to the right to ensure that the suction hose is not damaged or blocked. If there is no water inside the water seal, an appropriate amount of drinking water should be injected into the pump body from the water inlet.
Pumping operation: Start the vehicle engine, when the vehicle pressure reaches 0.6 megapascals, deeply press the chassis clutch and keep the power take-off switch open, then slowly release the clutch. By controlling the throttle, the working speed of the water pump can be adjusted. When the water level reaches the maximum mark, press the clutch pedal deeply to close the power take-off switch. Slowly release the clutch pedal and close the four-position three-way ball valve to the left. Close the straight ball valve to the right and close the suction hose to complete the pumping operation.
Spraying operation: Turn on the front, back, side, and anti-aircraft gun ball valve switches according to the needs of the working environment. The vehicle is put into neutral to start the engine, press the clutch deeply and keep the power take-off switch open, then slowly release the clutch pedal, the sprinkler pump starts running, and the vehicle starts working. After completing the homework, park the vehicle and shift the gear lever to neutral position. Pull on the handbrake, press the clutch pedal deeply, and close the power take-off switch. Slowly release the clutch pedal. The sprinkler pump stops running, and the front, rear, side, and anti-aircraft gun ball valves are closed to complete the spraying operation.
Attention: When sprinkling water, it is necessary to first open the ball valve switch for any function of front flushing, back spraying, side spraying, and anti-aircraft gun to avoid pressure holding and serious damage to the sealing gasket, which may lead to pump casing cracking. The post work platform is strictly prohibited from stacking unreliability fixed debris and carrying non workers.
