Precautions for oil and refueling vehicles:
(1) Check if the anti-static tow belt at the rear of the car is on the ground and if all equipment is in normal condition.
(2) Insert the electric pole into the damp ground to prevent static electricity from catching fire.
(3) Check if the clutch control handle, power take-off control handle, or control valve switch is in the correct position, and if the throttle is turned to the minimum. Are the handles of each ball valve in the correct position.
(4) Check the lubricating oil level inside the pump gearbox and add gear oil if it is insufficient.
(5) When there is no liquid in the oil pump, guide fluid should be added to the pump body in advance. When the new car is used for the first time, guide fluid must be added to the pump to prevent damage to the pump body due to dry operation without liquid.
(6) Check if the discharge pipeline, discharge valve, and conveyor pipe are empty and clean, ensuring that all pipelines are suitable for loading and unloading medium items.
(7) If the liquid needs to be pumped out, the rotating equipment should be kept away from the tanker truck to prevent entanglement. When the liquid is drained, the pump should be stopped in a timely manner, and then the valve should be closed.
(8) In case of emergency, the emergency control valve should be promptly closed to cut off.
